7.2 First 14 Days
If the product becomes inactive, defective, or stops working:
Replacement with a new product or
Full refund upon request.
7.3 After 14 Days
If an issue occurs after 14 days:
Replacement or extension based on remaining duration.
Refund not available. Instead, a store credit (discount code) is provided for the unused period.
Example: If you purchased a 1-year subscription (120 JOD) and used it for 6 months, only the remaining 60 JOD will be credited.
7.4 Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not apply in the following situations:
•Incorrect login details provided by the customer.
•Poor internet connection or device issues on the customer’s side.
•Violation of platform rules (e.g. account sharing, VPN misuse).
•Abuse, offensive language, or disrespect towards store staff.
